IThe subscription

The subscription opens your space: register of your assets, accounts, software, tool factory and file.

Monthly plan: €39

Annual plan: €390

These amounts are read from our payment provider and shown again on its payment page before any confirmation.

IIPayment

Payment is made on the secure page of our provider, Stripe. We do not see your card number.

The subscription opens once the provider confirms payment, and renews at each due date of the chosen plan: every month for the monthly plan, every year for the annual plan.

For the annual plan, an email notifies you between three months and one month before the end of the period, with the date until which you can choose not to renew it.

IIICancel

To cancel, use “Manage or cancel my subscription” from your space: this button opens the portal of our provider, Stripe. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then stops with no further charge.

Your access ends when the provider confirms to us that the subscription has ended.

IVWithdrawal and mediation

Right of withdrawal and refund

You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason, from the Let's talk page. We then refund the full amount paid, by the payment method used, within 14 days.

Consumer mediator

The appointment of our consumer mediator is under way: their name and contact details will appear here. In the event of a dispute, write to us from the Let's talk page.
